The main reason that I post this person's art is that so much can be done with so little. Very effective. Plus for all you digital artists: SickBrush's brush set. (contains almost all of Min's brushes plus a few others...)
As fun as it is to download brush sets, it's infinitely-more useful to make your own and purpose them for what you need. Though you can occasionally find a brush or two out of a set that you can re-purpose for what you find it's good for, keep in mind that the creators made it for a specific purpose for them.
